FAQs
How do you have experiential sessions if they are virtual?
We leverage technology like Zoom for virtual sessions that enables us to deliver highly experiential events with several rapid breakouts to keep participants engaged. All of our facilitators are versed in online delivery and engagement.
What do you do to combat the “forgetting curve” after training?
Most people get sucked back into the vortex of meetings and emails and forget what they learn. We believe that what happens after training is far more important than what happens during training. We offer our participants a 52 Week Challenge that provides access to resources and nudges that maximize the return on their learning investment.
What makes you different from other organizations?
Aside from our award winning model, we individualize the learning so it focuses on solving the problems that keep you up at night. It’s not just a bunch of theory - we have you exercise it so it makes a difference in your business.
Is executive coaching delivered in person?
Most executive coaching happens over Zoom or on the phone. While we always do our best to launch a session in-person, it’s not always the case. Virtual coaching is highly effective and despite what people think, more than 80% of executive coaching across the world happens on the phone.
What inspired the name Level 52?
You overestimate what you can do in a day and you underestimate what you can do in a year. When you apply the right structure, you can significantly uplevel your abilities. Focus on developing something important every week for a year… and you reach Level 52. :)
Can you give me an example of what you have leaders focus on?
Even before skills and tools - it’s the mindset that matters most when it comes to leading well in a volatile and unpredictable environment. We have a unique approach that focuses on developing the right growth mindset. If that isn’t shaped and pointed in the right direction, nothing else matters.
