Level 52 associate coaches are third-party accredited by the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and certified on the Science Behind Success™ model. We have a diverse group of professional coaches and facilitators who have experience enabling leaders at all levels.

EXPERIENCE IS SO DIFFERENT
1. Science Leads the Way
Our award-winning framework, based on the book The Science Behind Success, uses four pillars of science to define and explain what makes us all tick. We then layer in the mindset, skills, and proven strategies that are critical for any leader who wants to create a meaningful impact and lasting legacy.
2. Leadership is a Practice (and we make you sweat)
We don’t simply teach these concepts, our programs are designed for participants to practice, experiment, and engage in what they learn with their cohort. It’s an experience, not just a ‘course.’ It’s the difference between going to the gym to listen to someone talk about exercising, versus actually doing the reps yourself.
3. Small Cohorts Plus One-on-One Coaching
We cap the number of participants in each cohort to ensure a consistent, intimate, and world-class experience for all. We then hold space for each participant to meet one-on-one with a certified Level 52 coach several times throughout their journey. This provides an expert and confidential thought-partner to help add personalized context and accountability to what has been learned in the program.
4. Stickier Than Superglue
The combination of science as our backstop along with opportunities to exercise the content makes our curriculum difficult to forget, but we don't stop there. Sustainment of learning is engineered in a variety of ways, including a weekly learning nudge (an email to promote a growth mindset) and the Executive Commute podcast. As an added bonus, program alumni are invited to cohort reunions, webinars and exclusive learning events.
5. The Experience is Transformational
By focusing on the leader as an individual and starting the journey with some self-awareness, the experience is unique for each participant. That said, the most consistent feedback we get from participants is that the Level 52 experience is nothing short of transformational.
