FAQs

  • While we often have a wide range of management experience in our ALP, the bulk of our audience for this program would be considered middle-managers.

  • If you have the hunger to be a better manager for those you work with and the humility to get challenged, pushed and developed, then you’re a good fit.

  • The simple answer - whatever you put in. Many of our alumni get tools that make them far more effective and efficient (which saves time & money) and they also develop a priceless network with leaders in other organizations and industries.

  • The content sticks to your brain, and the structure holds you accountable. You can’t hide in this program and the facilitators unapologetically (and lovingly) help you get the most out of it.

  • Approx. 4 hours per week: 2 in the weekly live workshop session + 2 hours of assignments & pre-work.

  • We provide participants a list of best-practices, but the simplest answer to this question is to fully commit to the process. Buckle down, do the work and you will transform and up-level the way you lead.

  • We strongly encourage you to attend all sessions live. There will be a recording available for you to watch but it doesn’t include breakout sessions and you miss the interactive experience. We also recommend you connect with your team to get caught up.
