How to deal with “Repeat Offenders” inside your business

At our webinar last month one of the participants asked how to deal with repeat offenders… those being people who continue to deliver unsatisfactory results despite your attempts to correct it. The easy answer is to fire them. Replace them and finally get someone in the role who does what they're asked.
