How do I inspire loyalty in a world full of options?

By Jayson Krause, Managing Director of Level 52 & Award-Winning Author of The Science Behind Success

The reality is that loyalty is no longer earned through perks or titles. You want people to stay? Help them understand why they’re doing the work they do. Don’t just connect their efforts to a company vision—connect them to a cause greater than themselves. Your best people aren’t just working for you; they’re working for the impact their work has on the world. Want loyalty? Don’t ask them to be loyal to you—help them be loyal to the cause that they believe in.

And that starts by you asking this simple question: What’s the difference between where we’re going and where we could be going that would inspire true loyalty? Catch more on this in the following video, where I dive deeper into how to inspire loyalty in a world full of options.
