Program
This program consists of 12 leadership-readiness topics, ranging from confidence to value creation to managing time & stress. The objective is two-fold; first, to help individual contributors adopt a leader’s mindset, even before they have a team to lead. And secondly, to equip them with the tools and strategies needed to make a graceful transition into a leadership role, avoiding the common pitfalls often experienced by first-time managers.

1: Launchpad for Activating
Your Agency
Solid foundations matter. In this session participants get oriented to the program, their peers, and dive into the rapid exploration of leadership and mindset. Participants will learn the mindset that differentiates those who are agile and responsive from those who get sucked into stagnation.
2: EQ and
Self-Awareness
Awareness is the entrypoint to any type of transformation. In this session, learners dive headfirst into exercising their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) fitness and unlocking awareness around their impact, today and in the future.
3: Connection,
Empathy, and
Value Creation
Creating value makes someone indispensable. In this session participants learn the skills to connect with others in a world of silos and create instant value with almost anyone.
4: Building Confidence
and Battling
Imposter Syndrome
You don’t have to fake it until you make it. This session shatters old standing myths and helps participants establish the foundation for confidence and the strength to battle the imposter syndrome that can reduce effectiveness.
5: Ruthless
Prioritization
Prioritization is happening all of the time, only most people don’t participate in it. This session disrupts the way one looks at prioritization and enables them to be ruthless in the choices they make and leverage practical tools to optimize prioritization and effectiveness.
6: Managing
Time and Stress
In a world where things move faster every day, one’s ability to influence time will ultimately determine if they sink or swim. Participants will learn the mindset and method leaders use to ensure they are focusing on the little things that make a big difference.
7: Managing Transitions
and Becoming a
Trusted Partner
The transition from individual contributor to manager presents new challenges. How you lead your peers and friends will be important. Multi- directional partnering is a must and in this session, participants explore the key skills and strategies to help navigate being a player-coach and partner with those they work with.
8: Leading Up: A
Practical Guide on How
to Train Your Boss
You are constantly training your boss how to engage with you. How are you training them? In this session, participants develop a specific action plan to create mutual success by doing the little things that make a big difference with your manager.
9: Creating an
Inclusive and Respectful
Workplace
We all want to work in an environment that brings out the best in ourselves and others, in fact, it’s necessary if you want to generate sustained success. In this session, participants learn the principles, pitfalls, and strategies for creating a respectful environment.
10: Accelerating Your
Career Vision
A big barrier in people's development is that they don’t have a concrete vision. In this session, participants will learn a process to capture a real and resonant vision and develop a roadmap to get there.
11: Better Than
Goal Setting
Goal setting is often used and widely misunderstood. In this session, participants will build a map to their vision and activate OKRs (Objectives + Key Results) so they can begin getting traction by moving and measuring their action.
12: Your Performance
Playbook
There are no blueprints for manager success, however a personal playbook will increase the likelihood that leaders will create positive impact. In this final session, participants create a personalized playbook to reference beyond the program.
