The Level 52 Accelerated Leadership Foundation program is a course that is helping leaders across the world. Whether we are working with c-suite, middle managers or high-potentials, it all starts here.

This program is made up of three separate in-person sessions that are designed to stretch you, push you and invite you into a new and effective way to lead in a modern business environment.

However… this program is not for everyone.

To get the most out of your investment, it will take a commitment to work, get comfortable being uncomfortable and truly put your ego aside and step into building the foundation of your leadership fitness.

How to apply


STEP 1: Complete our short form.

STEP 2 (for individual applicants only): Once we receive your online application, someone from the Level 52 team will schedule a 20-minute call with you. The format of this call is a two-way interview, which will help you determine if our course is a fit for you, and vise versa. So, come prepared with questions for us… we’ll have some for you!

STEP 3: Pre-work will be sent to you via email. This will need to be completed at least two weeks prior to the program start date.

Given the limited space and the interest in the program, we will process applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sept. 18

Awareness & Influence

SUMMARY: Whether you like it or not, you’ve got a reputation, we call this your Leader Brand. The first step with any leader we work with is getting them into a place of developing an intentional Leader Brand. This module awakens leaders into a deeper awareness of their impact and provides a framework for enhanced influence inside the organizations.

Module 1 will help you:

  • Identify and remove blind-spots that are preventing you from making a bigger impact

  • Eliminate behaviors that are damaging to your career trajectory or legacy

  • Create a powerful compass for your unique leadership approach

  • Understand your role as a leader through the Science Behind Success™ approach

Developing High Performance Relationships

SUMMARY: You used to create great results as a high-performing individual contributor. This course teaches you the skills and provides tools to park your expertise and see high-performance results through developing high-performance relationships.

 Obtain the essential skills and tools for high performance relationships.

Module 2 will help you:

  • Achieve better results through asking high-performance questions

  • Understand the difference between transactional and transformational leaders

  • Know where to focus your attention when engaging with your team members

  • Learn how to accelerate trust and alignment using two simple tools

 BONUS: a post-module 1:1 coaching session for individualized integration.

Oct. 15

Your Playbook for Accelerated Development

SUMMARY: There is no blueprint for effective leadership, but the leaders we work with develop a powerful Playbook to act as a critical resource as they engage in the practice of their leadership. We always tell our clients that what happens after training is even more important than what happens during training when it comes to maximizing your investment.

Module 3 will help you:

  • Understand the neuroscience of skill acquisition and change

  • Develop clarity in where you focus your leadership efforts and attention

  • Accelerate your development through the Science Behind Success™ framework

  • Develop consistency in your approach as a high-performance leader

 BONUS: a post-module 1:1 coaching session for individualized integration.
